Our kitchen is certified by the Knox County Health Department and the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. We know how difficult it is to find rentable kitchen space in Knoxville, and so we offer commissary agreements and hourly kitchen rental for emerging culinary entrepreneurs. 

We offer two rental options for kitchen use:

Commissary Use: For renters who would like to fall under the Central Collective Commissary kitchen, and would like paperwork to present to the Knox County Health Department, TN Dept of Agriculture, and/or markets/festivals/etc. This applies to most renters who plan to sell their food . Fee: $300 for 12 month (or $175 6 month) commissary agreement + $15/hr kitchen rental

Single Use Rental: For renters who do not need to fall under the Central Collective's Commissary and do not need paperwork to present to Knox County Health Department, TN Dept of Agriculture, and/or markets/festivals/etc. This applies to most renters who do not plan to sell their food or are planning a one-time sales event (such as a pop-up dinner or bake sale). Fee: $50/hr kitchen rental

While it does vary, our current availability is usually the following:

M-F before 10am

Thursdays any time

Fridays until 5pm

Sat and Sun before 10am
