Join kimchi expert, Daejin Shin, and her daughter, Susan Shin, for a kimchi making and tasting workshop. Daejin is a native of Seoul, South Korea and has been making kimchi for over 30 years. The workshop will focus on learning how to make a few different types of kimchi-- cucumber, radish, and cabbage, that participants will be able to take home with them. Also included in the workshop will be a sampling of different foods, Korean and Korean-American fusion, that show the different ways kimchi can be used in deliciously easy recipes.
