Everyone knows that the Full Moon is a time when energy is at it's highest and everyone seems to be acting "crazy". But did you know that the Full Moon is the perfect time to go within, release the negative energy inside and start over with a clean slate? The moon also brings about a sense of peacefulness and nurturing which pairs well with Restorative Yoga. In Moonrise Restorative Yoga we will practice on the deck of the Central Collective surrounded by candlelight and the moonrise. Each pose will be fully supported by the props which will ensure complete relaxation and nurturing. We will end class with a Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) style meditation where we will use the Full Moon as a guide to help us take our intentions to the next level and release what is holding us back from making our intention truly manifested. If the weather is too cold or rainy we will move the practice indoors. Space is limited to six.
