Generally speaking, Instagram is the visual repository of the following: cute babies, indulgent selfies, brunches (so many brunches), envy-creating travel photos, and lounging pets. Jason Brown has chosen instead to create a refreshing exploration of composition, light, and shadow; a photographic sketchbook that informs his sculptural work, but is also a unique artistic practice onto itself. Double Take is a selection of images from "@ordinarydaily" that have been isolated from the IG feed and showcased as works of art.
