Join Leslie of Yogini is a Dancer for a Hump Day treat. Treat yourself to a lovely hour of relaxing and restoring with Restorative Yoga. In Restorative Yoga we use all the props for complete support and hold each pose from 1-5 minutes to ensure complete relaxation. This class is for all levels.  

Leslie Ann Ellingburg is a registered yoga teacher who holds a degree in exercise science/physical education from East Tennessee State University. She teaches yoga at a variety of places in Knoxville and Morristown. When not teaching yoga, Leslie teaches dance at Studio 180 Dance in Morristown and has a blog called AUM in the Arts.
