Dale Mackey has taught herbal cocktail classes at Erin's Meadow Herb Farm, and chronicled her cocktail experiments on her blog from 2008-2013.  She is the proprietress of Dale's Fried Pies and Co-Founder of The Central Collective.

NOTE: participants should bring at least 100ml (or two airplane bottles-worth) of their favorite vodka if they'd like alcoholic drinks. Nonalcoholic "mocktail" versions of each drink will also be available for guests who do not imbibe.

Learn how to create three love-inspired cocktails from Dale Mackey, co-founder of The Central Collective.  This is not just for couples- everyone is welcome and encouraged to come!

Participants will learn about infusions, syrups, and cordials, and will sample each of the three cocktails we create.  Participants will be gifted a packet of sweet and spicy rimming sugar.  Sweet and savory snacks from InterCourses Cookbook will be provided.
