Large Event Rental: Comfortable for up 80 people, our event space includes 1200 square feet of event space, two bathrooms, a commercial kitchen and a 600 square foot rooftop deck. It also includes 8 6ft rectangular folding tables, 6 cocktail tables, 38 chairs, a sound system and a flatscreen TV if you’d like to play a slideshow. Clean-up in included in your rental fee.

Small Event Rental: For up to 30 people, you have the option of our small event space which includes 600 square feet of event space plus a bathroom and a kitchen. It also includes 8 6ft rectangular folding tables, 6 cocktail tables, 38 chairs, and a bluetooth speaker system. Clean-up in included in your rental fee.

Rental Rates:

Small Space Weekday (Mon-Thurs) - $60/hr (2 hr minimum)

Small Space Weekday (Mon-Thurs) - $400 full day (up to 8 hours)

Small Space Weekend (Friday and Saturday before 5pm, Sundays) - $300 for up to 4 hours

Large Space Weekday (Mon-Thurs) - $100/hr (2 hr minimum)

Large Space Weekday (Mon-Thurs) - $600 full day (up to 8 hours)

Large Space Weekend (Fri-Sun) - $600 for up to 4 hours
